WHICH WORKPLACE EAP SCHEMES DO YOU WORK WITH
Many workplaces have Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). There are several different EAP companies. If your employer uses OCP or Clearhead as their EAP provider, I can provide 3 funded counselling sessions per calendar year. Counselling provided under EAP funding remains completely confidential.
If your employer does not have an EAP scheme and has offered to cover the cost of your counselling sessions, I am happy to invoice them directly.
HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
How many sessions are needed, depend on each individual situation. Sometimes we may only need two or three, and sometimes we may work together over several months, gradually spacing your sessions out as you move closer to reaching your counselling goals.
Again, this is a very individual process, and we will work together to understand what works best for you.
The frequency of your counselling sessions is completely up to you. However, I do recommend that they are weekly or fortnightly at least for the first couple.
HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?
You can contact me directly to schedule your initial appointment, after this, we can schedule your next appointment at the end of each session. If there is a specific day and time that suits you, you may want to book a couple of appointments ahead to ensure availability.
For subsequent sessions, I am happy to provide you with a link so that you can view my availability directly and make your booking online.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
You will be sent an automated reminder text on the day prior to your appointment.
If you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours in advance, and I am unable to fill your appointment space, you will be charged for half of your session fee.
